Entry Instructions: This Promotion is exclusive to customers who:
• Purchase a pack of Energizer® batteries, battery chargers or flashlights within the Promotion Period;
• Visit www.energizerchristmas.com (the “Energizer Promotional Website”), select country of residence if not directed to the correct country’s page, and enter their full name, email address and the barcode from the pack to receive their gift.
• Customers will receive an email to the address provided with a link which they must click to verify their email address.
• Once the email address has been verified, a unique code will be sent to the same email address, to be used on the country specific Photobox page that corresponds with their country of residence and entry.
• Customers will additionally be entered into a weekly Prize Draw.
The time of entry during the Promotion Period will determine which Prize Draw customers are entered into.

Additional Prize Details:

Winner Selection: Following the close of each Weekly Promotion Period, all valid entries received that week will be combined and the relevant number of winners will be selected. Each Winner Selection will take place on the respective draw date as listed above, at 10.00 AEDT at Maverick’s Office, 1 Kent Street, Millers Point, NSW 2000.
Winner Notification: Those selected as winners will be notified via email within 2 days of the respective draw. Winners must respond within 3 months confirming eligibility and acceptance of their prize.
Unclaimed Prizes: In the event that a winner does not respond within the set time, a prize draw will take place on 1st April 2020 at the same time and address listed in clause 11 above, from all non-winning entries to award any remaining prizes. Winners selected via this manner may have less time to respond.
Prizes can only be sent to addresses in Australia. Prizes will be sent to the address provided during Winner Notification, within 28 days of winner acceptance.
The names and states of residence of provisional winners will be published on energizerchristmas.com immediately following each draw, for a period of 3 months.

It is a condition of the Promotion that the entrant agrees to be bound by these rules, and in particular that the decisions of the Promoter on any matters whatsoever arising out of or connected with the Promotion are final.
The Gifts and Prizes are non-transferrable. There are no alternatives to the Gift or Prize offered. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Gift or Prize for an alternative of equal or greater value.

In entering the Promotion, the participant confirms that they are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the Gift or Prize. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to requiring proof that the participant is eligible to enter the Promotion (which must be provided within 14 days) and to refuse to award a Gift/Prize or withdraw Gift/Prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the Promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions or any instructions forming part of this Promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the Promotion or won using fraudulent means. The Promoter will be the final arbiter in any decisions and these will be binding.
If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
